During my visit, there was a mix-up with my order. I informed the staff, and they promptly corrected it. Since then, I haven't faced any issues and have enjoyed excellent customer service along with delicious food. I'm pleased that they proved to me that the poor service was just an isolated incident, not the norm.

I had a fantastic dining experience with a southern flair, and the staff were very friendly. I used to go to Burger King all the time, but now I've found a new favorite spot!

40 minutes is much too long to wait for burgers. if nobody else is there. drive them thru people even began to come due to slow slow service.

The service and food quality was lacking today. I guess they were just having a bad day. I've been here before and the food and service was better.
