Best tasting cookies I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly. I ordered a cookie on Saturday and George was the one who handed it to me. He treated me like family and is a fantastic guy. Highly recommended!

Sometimes all I need is something sweet in my day. While in Somerset, my visit was not going to be complete without a stop at Mrs. Fields for some cookies. I am a personal fan of their peanut butter cookies and their brownies. When I smell that freshly baked cookies aroma, I cannot help myself but to stop and buy some. I am going to keep this review short and sweet. For one, the service was great. Secondly, the cookie was devoured in nine seconds. Finally, Mrs. Fields has some of the best cookies when they are hot and fresh out of the oven.

I recently visited this restaurant. The cashier, George, provided exceptional service - he was very friendly and efficient!

My kids love these cookies. They definitely should have a chart on costs though. Just makes it easier then to have to ask. I can never remember how much they cost. And I could never really seem to decide how many to get. The girls at the cash wrap are always polite and friendly. They definitely should jump on the rewards type of program most retailers now a days offer and incentive or an appreciation type program for patrons. Where you earn free treats. That would be a bonus.
