Qdoba Mexican Eats - Troy

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Our online order was forgotten, and the staff apologized for the oversight. There were several issues with other customers' orders, causing further delays. When we finally received our order, it was missing items. The staff was apologetic but the food was not great. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Additionally, there seemed to be confusion about the store's closing time, as when we arrived at 7pm, it appeared to be closed despite the listed hours.

2022 Again, you did a great job with our Valentines Day meal. Bowls filled to the brim with fresh ingredients. I weighed them and they were almost 2 lbs each!!! We could only eat half. Thank you. 2021 My husband and I love Qdoba, especially this location. The food is always fresh and the employees friendly. Hats off to the manager because they run a great restaurant. We were just there for valentine's day and they were quite busy but all containers were filled and I like that they add a more items (best veggies), if you ask. One negative though the chips are extremely salty. Otherwise, Yum????

I ordered a bowl I included the receipt below Didn?t receive my extra rice nor was it brown rice which I paid for. Ruined my appetite, On top of that the cashier discriminated me when I came to pick up my order he turned his back when I asked for my order. Needless to say I would of rated zero stars but that?s not an option Bad business practices.

I liked this place but it has gone down hill fast over the past few visits. When my daughter and I got there today they were out of veggies and needed to make more not a problem, so I went to the restroom while the veggies were prepped. The men?s room sink has no water. We received our food and went to get our drinks but the fountain drink machine was out of almost everything I tried coke it was out of all flavors of coke, I tried sprite it was completely out, Fanta only fruit punch. I ended up with doctor pepper. This place used to be so much better I?m not sure it there was a manager change or if the owners are just being cheap but the bathroom needs to have a sink with running water.

We frequent this particular restaurant once a week and the Friday night crew is absolutely AMAZING!! The food is ALWAYS fresh and the atmosphere is clean and well kept. The Monday evening manager is amazing as well and same thing...the food is fresh and the restaurant is very clean!
