Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This year has been one of the worst visits to Red Robin I've experienced. As soon as we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell, almost like old frying oil or something fishy. Throughout our meal, multiple staff members assured us they would bring napkins, but we never received any. The fries were mostly overcooked, while the burgers were just okay. Despite the restaurant being relatively busy, we hardly saw our waitress. If I lived in the area, I certainly wouldn't return to this location.

Ms. Debra, if every restaurant had a Ms. Debra it would be a great success! All around great experience. Aside from the broccoli being a little brown but Ms. Debra was all over it and switched it immediately. She fed us, educated us, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Will be back from out of town not just for the food but the wonderful service Ms. Debra provided that night!

Love bringing the kids here. Best kids menu anywhere. Food overall is great. Edit: Still great

Nice branch of this Chain, they have a great staff. Food is good and very consistent.
