Great business. I have a skyberry cake and it was amazing. correct balance of tart and sweet.

2nd Year in a row they didn’t have my order correct Sad part is it doesn’t get much easier A package of soda bread rolls and loaf soda bread This is day before St Patrick’s at 9:30a They didn’t even hv a bread to give me. Asked for a bag for rolls they wanted to charge me a dollar Dolce Biscotti no problem. 9:35a day before. Got free sample and 5 loafs soda bread. People in Dolce were saying Cookie Factory is usually days old

Great selection of cookies, pastries, pies, cakes and muffins. they also have really great bread rolls and baguettes. The cakes are very good. of course they're known for their cookies. I always stop around the holidays. But I find myself there sometimes when I want to sneak a sweet treat.

Mask requirement is completely ridiculous....walked in today and witnessed the mask Nazi badgering an older man ....walked right back out the door. Will not support this business any longer.

Love it there. Spend more but worth it for the holidays.
