The Filling Station - Troy

A hidden gem for the Palouse area! The food is amazing, the people are great, and the price is very affordable. It's very clear that the people who work here take great pride in what they serve. They use quality ingredients and are willing to work around most food allergies. They'll even give your dog water and treats! I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through or wanting to try something new.

I absolutely adore this place - the homemade food is delicious! I reside in Moscow and this cafe is my favorite, always worth the trip. The owners provide excellent service and serve up mouthwatering food, including gluten-free pizza. I especially love their sandwiches and homemade baked goods like cookies and tarts.

Delicious food! This restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes and baked goods at affordable prices. They also have a fantastic selection of gluten-free options. The only downside is that they may need to improve their espresso machine skills.

I was pleasantly surprised by this small cafe located in a converted old-school gas station on Troy's main street. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and they offer a variety of delicious pastries that are very appealing.

Awesome Desserts. The most beautiful, best tasting desserts around. Service is very friendly. A fun adventure is to ride bike from Moscow on the Latah Trail, have lunch at The Filling Station and ride back.
