The food is incredibly fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. We visit frequently for the Frosty's, and they always exceed our expectations!
Everything was hot and delicious—thank you so much! We're always busy with work, but we want to let you know that you are definitely one of our favorite places, possibly even our top choice. We’ve never had an issue with our orders, and the drive-thru staff are always fabulous and polite. The cooking team is amazing too; they all do a fantastic job. Thanks again!
All I wanted for my 17th birthday was a Brezel Bacon-Pub-Käseburger. fortunately the gods responded to mine, please. I enjoyed the cheeseburger very much. Thanks wendy.
Placed online order through the mobile app. Food to be picked up at 5:05 pm. Arrived in lobby. Nobody working the counter. Family of five walk in. They wait 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, then they wait another 5 minutes to order. At 5:15 I ask about the status of my mobile order. I show the staff my receipt with an order number and proof of payment. I 'm told they don 't have the order. The manager comes over and we explain the issue. She tells me, I don 't have time for this, he has to wait, and goes back to working the drive thru. I ask how long I have to wait and get no answer. She refused to speak to me again. Finally another employee who just came on shift filled the order per our receipt, even though it was done 25 minutes after the promised time. Thank you to her, at least!!
