Front Street Station Pizza Co.

My grandson and I stopped at Donner Lake for some fishing after spending the morning there. We needed to grab a bite before heading home to Roseville, and pizza is always a favorite of my grandson's. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they serve pizza in a pan. That was a great bonus since my grandson prefers plain cheese pizza and I enjoy a combination of toppings. We ordered a Jumbo Slice, which was another fantastic surprise for us; just one slice was more than enough to take home. I was also surprised that my granddaughter finished her slice, as she tends to eat light. This really shows how good the pizza was! I took some photos, but unfortunately, I lost them—what a bummer! If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out.

This classic eatery offers a variety of options, including whole cakes, individual slices, wings, tacos, and more! With limited indoor seating and seasonal outdoor seating, it’s a fantastic spot for a quick meal before or after hitting the slopes or the trail.

I had a Costcoburger for lunch at this restaurant, and I have to say the ingredients were fresh. The service was excellent, and they even let me park my somewhat oversized truck after I decided to skip a downtown Truckee lunch because it was too crowded. I'm really glad I chose to have a local meal in lovely Truckee, and I'm grateful they were available, even if the food wasn’t anything special.

Love both locations. Pizza is so tasty and their Mexican food is very authentic and delicious. Price is a little high but I would stop as often as I'm driving through.
