Roco - Truckee

There's nothing quite like a fresh arugula and strawberry salad drizzled with a delightful balsamic dressing, accompanied by sparkling water. Unless, of course, you prefer a refreshing IPA. The service from both the waitress and bartender was outstanding.

It's truly impressive how they can create dishes from both Japanese and Mexican cuisines while maintaining such a high standard. I absolutely love this concept! I had a wonderfully refreshing experience with their flavorful dishes and unique cocktails!

The food is absolutely delicious, although the portion sizes are quite small. We've heard they are a new establishment, so it seems they're still fine-tuning things. The setup and location are fantastic!

Parking is very difficult, especially during dinner hours. The staff was friendly and prompt. The appetizers really came out fast, but the main course(Rad) took a long time to get out. When it arrived, the soup was almost cool as if it had waited to serve for a while. It tasted good, but would have been better if it had been served hot.

Delicious tacos! It's more of an American fusion taco, not traditional Mexican tacos, but they are so delicious with lots of vegetarian options. The mushroom tacos are delicious, and the margaritas are strong. They have great mocktails as well.
