Starbucks - Truckee

Came in real quick and Natalie was super nice and friendly and got me what I needed right away!

They don't deserve the 10% tip, the cashier basically doesn't speak English, the server missed my order and I was waiting there for 40 minutes without any apologies. Rude staff

Bathrooms used to be really clean, great service, solid breakfast stop. Unfortunately I think they need more employees because the line is at all times at least about a 15min wait then 20min wait for your coffee (no signs or warning letting you know you're looking at 35-45 mins), and the bathrooms are awful- no soap or paper towels aside from the piles strewn all over the ground. At least they have a toilet paper cupboard?

Went to hang out at the village went to get a coffee at Starbucks, I just wanted to say I appreciated Jo (I hope I got her name right so much! she was so sweet and made me feel so welcomed there : thank you Jo!!

Never seen a Starbucks that closes random days. On vacation and no coffee for me what a bummer. Closed Monday and Tuesdays !
