Thai Delicacy - Truckee

The lady asked to come for pick up instead of dine in since they were about to close. But she was so busy with her stuff and wasn’t having hospitality to the basic communication. She just wanted to us to get rid off from there. It’s very unfortunate providing food is more business oriented than service with happy face etc.

Delicious and so fresh, we had the mango curry and Hawaiian fried rice with Thai iced coffee.

We waited at the table for an hour with no food in sight, which was understandable given the busy long weekend night. However, when we asked about the ETA of our orders because those who arrived after us were already receiving their food, the staff's attitude was completely unacceptable. She's not trying to solve our problems or listen to us, just getting mad that we're not patient enough. I won't consider this restaurant on any of my future trips to Tahoe.

It’s really unfortunate that this restaurant continues to use styrofoam to-go containers. Meanwhile, they brag about being foam-free at the storefront. Bring your own containers!

Thai Delicacy is always a great dinner option. I enjoy the cashew chicken, medium. Plenty of vegan options as well.
