Restaurant Selva - Trübbach, Bahnhof

My mother brought us there so often, but so far I have not written any criticism. It is a directly forward-looking restaurant and you can find this place in most cities or villages in Switzerland. I was looking forward to some real food and for once I have nothing Chinese, Indian, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean or Japanese! So if you like to eat a beautiful Cordon Bleu, a scavenger or Riz Casimir: Selva is the place to go. I chose the Cordon Bleu with French Pommes and it was as expected: super delicious. A decent size served with a smile! My mother in law a Hong Kong Chinese went for herbal curry and despite this more of a traditional restaurant it was really good. Everyone was happy. The food quickly arrived what was great when I really stared. The waitress is really happy and friendly and that always makes a difference!

Mittagsmenu spaghetti bolognese with a salad.Portion was sufficiently large and it tasted. for a simple meal I would eat again here.

The true self for the Swiss the worst service I have ever experienced. we have settled on the terrace and waited for the first service for over 15 minutes. when this then appeared on the table after repeated call, nothing else remained to us than to put the wombs of it in knowledge that we prefer to take a distance from it and eat something in the local. we drove to Austria, where there is still hospitality.

One of the most inconspicuous restaurant, the host becomes an artist with the cooking spoon. not exceptional, but already at the beginning of the season local economical gels in best quality, to pleasant trips. the mixed salad of my wife rich in choice, everything fresh and yet nothing too cold - which is to be re-encumbered on salad plates elsewhere. here in the selva has been perfect. we're coming back!

The selva is a very pleasant dining room. the menu card is multi-coloured and it has something fine for every taste. who wants to have a fresh salatbuffet on the open fresh salatbuffet or is served by the friendly service staff. for good weather can also be eaten outside on the terrace. the selva also has a room for smaller occasions. everything in all a restaurant that I can very much lighten with good sense.
