Byrne Dairy And Deli - TRUMANSBURG

Open 24 hours a day. Close to the street, with great lighting. It always feels safe comfortable. Great location on main street with a fine selection the store is newly renovated updated. Gas, food, bathroom variety of other 'needs. I like Byrne Dairy!

I visit regularly, usually for a quick lunch. Wasnt quick today. Took ten minutes for deli person to serve my daughter. Out of salads (which I understand can happen but threw our orders off). No free drink with wraps as somehow for today tea didnt count as it always has before (same price as sodas).

I have been to three Byrne dairy one in Ithaca and the other in Cortland n.y and have never been treated the way trumansburg n.y one they treat people, one thing is there will be 3 employees and I will be standing at the register for about 5 minutes before anyone speaks to you . Well this one particular day I went in to trumansburg Byrne dairy and there was 3 employees working one was doing coffee, the other one was stocking the shelf 's ,and the rude one was filling the hot case and told me someone will be right with you so I said no problem,waited 5 minutes and I signed so the women put the hot food in case ,then yelled at me and said I have been here all night , so you can get your coffee and gas ,I said we 'll people come here cuz it 's a convenience store and have to get to work ,then she refused to ring me out because of my attitude and told me to lose it ,so I said you can ring me out or I can talk to management so she rang me out and then said have a good day and lose the attitude.so if I can avoid that Byrne dairy I will .rude employees very .

So I'm not one for doing reviews this place is the worst their mid day to night staff are rude and will kick you out of the store for not doing their job for them you ask for 5 gal's of fuel and they don't even know how to ring it out unless you walk them though it and when you call them out on something they act like child's very rude and won't come back shur save better prices and way better staff

Services was straight up horrible. 3 ladies standing behind the counter talking about nonsense stuff. I had to yell to get their attention. Worse Byrne Dairy I have ever came to. Will never stop here again.
