Feedback gevenThe customer service is horrible. If I have a mob rewards how come it is not coming up. No reception at all in the place employee acting like he has no clue what promotion is happening. I wanted to say forget it and waste the subs.
Don't buy a sandwich here. They are supposed to honor the advertisement that has 30% more meat. Ordered roast beef and they gave me what little bit was left. Asked for swiss cheese and no swiss cheese either. Called them and spoke to Elissa and told her they are not honoring the advertisement. All I got was excuses like you have to bring the sandwich back. Hello who is going to go home with a sandwich and then bring it back when you find it was not made properly. I am tired of ordering out and being taken advantage of. Wouldn't even offer to remake their ERROR. Great customer service.
The workers never listen to the customers. Always add things they don't ask for. One trip I went and found a hair in my food and the kid gave an attitude when I asked him to remake it because his hair was in it. He rolled his eyes and gave me an
