Boston Pizza - Truro

My partner and I dined at this restaurant last night and ordered the Lasagna and The Big Dipper sandwich. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of either dish, but I must clarify that this was not the fault of the restaurant or staff. I simply have particular tastes and these dishes did not meet my expectations. I did not eat much of the meal and when our waitress inquired about our satisfaction and offered to box up any leftovers, I honestly expressed my disappointment with the dishes. The waitress promptly informed the manager, who then approached our table with two free pizza coupons, a complimentary garlic finger coupon, and a 25% discount on our bill, along with numerous apologies. This unexpected display of exceptional customer service truly surprised and touched me, even though we had not requested any compensation. The restaurant's motto on the coupons reads 'We'll make you a fan', and I believe they have earned a 5-star review from me. I am inclined to give them another chance and try a different item from their menu in the future.

My friend and I had lunch in Boston pizza on Tuesday, ous server, Andrea Gould was very friendy. And made us feel At home. Our pasta was absolutely delicious. And hot. What a nice change to go to a restruant and have your meal served hot, kudoes to the chef. And to Andrea. We will certainly come back. Thanks for a great lunch

My husband ordered the pepperoni pizza burger again tonight since he liked it the first time. He says you have really improved upon it as it was less dry tonight and even better than the first one! The rest of us were very happy with our meals and server Jen Cameron is awesome!
