McDonald's Restaurants - Truro

I was passing through to New Brunswick and decided to stop at the Truro McDonald's to grab a morning coffee. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by several employees. It was a great experience.

Today's service at the restaurant was awful. I placed my order at 11 am and waited 30 minutes for it, only to find out they got my order wrong. My son's cheeseburger happy meal...

This restaurant has the worst service! You always have to wait a long time for your food. The staff is treated poorly and are not helpful or well-trained. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

McDonald's gave my son food poisoning still in hospital

This place is great. I had a bus load of teenagers on a Sunday evening. We need supper. we were pressed for time and without notice this place fed 35 kids. All this took about 20 minutes I was very impressed.
