Pizza Farm - Truro

We were road tripping from PEI to Halifax and thought we would grab a bite on the way. Read a travel tip that we had to try local "garlic fingers". The Pizza Farm came up and since it was only a couple min off the highway we decided to check it out. Very easy to find. The owner had a special of a 9" pizza and 9" garlic fingers for $19.95. We ordered that, very good pizza. We had the garlic fingers with the sweet creamy "donair sauce". Not my personal favourite, but glad I tried something new and local.

The slices are $4.50 for about a 5th of a 12 inch. The cheese was good, nice dough but gets dry as it cools so also bought a donair sauce ($1.67) which was really good.

Service is excellent, best pizza in truro ns. They are very friendly staff and please if you want to know something about Truro just ask. Delivery is also available. My favorite place for pizza.

I love this place, for a quick slice at lunch or for a whole pie for dinner. They are generous with their toppings and the crust is just right IMHO, neither too thick nor too thin. It's not a glamourous place, but the pizza is first rate.
