East Buffet - Trussville

Yummy! Comfortable seating with a relaxing atmosphere and a lot of good food.

Alright, let's talk about the food. Every time I visit this restaurant, I enjoy delicious meals, and the service is consistently excellent! I've never been disappointed during my numerous visits. It has always been my favorite dining spot in Trussville. However, I wrote this review a few months ago, and I’m not sure what changed, but the quality of the food has declined.

The BEST Chinese buffet with sushi!!!. Tonight was our first visit to East Buffet, and we will definitely be going back! Very fresh, hot Chinese food on the buffet AND the best sushi, also! This place had the best sushi I have ever seen on a buffet. I even tipped the sushi chef when I left. Looked great and tasted A-mazing! Definitely check this place out.

This place was fantastic! A young staff member seated us and served our drinks, and he was incredibly friendly. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious.
