Rock-n-roll Sushi Trussville

Went in on a Monday night at almost 7pm waited standing at the door for a long time before anyone greeted us. Place was busy but three tables were leaving so we waited another 20 min while the waitresses ran around, not cleaning the tables for new customers which, by now were doubled at the door waiting to be seated. Four groups decided to leave while we were standing there waiting. What has happened to Customer service?

I stopped for a Door Dash order, but this place is always 5?s. Literally all the employees are extremely professional and friendly. They have hand sanitizer set up easily accessible. The only time I've ever had a lengthy wait is when someone orders a Hibachi item. They have great music playing and a nostalgic setting.I would recommend them to anyone

The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. It was a very Rock and Roll situation. And also very nice, so thanks Rock and Roll sushi for a wonderful experience.I will be back.

Service was the worst. Had to sit by the door and everyone coming and going made it hard to stay warm indoors. The rice and chicken was something my 10 year old could cook at home. My youngest likes spicy tuna every where we go but he couldn’t eat it was so spicy. Don’t plan on going back. Desert’s looked good but didn’t get asked if we wanted any.

They are very rude....I know I came in the restaurant before anyone yet once I sat down another white couple came in and they got served immediately. Waiter went right over and got their order. Another Togo black party came in and place their order immediately while I'm still sitting without even a what would you like to drink
