Taco Bell - Trussville

Great chipotle $2 burrito I just had. The people who work here care enough to make each thing neatly. It's not just thrown together. Very friendly also!

I just want to take a moment to say “Thank You!!!!” to Taco Bell in Trussville, AL. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla, and it was the best one I've ever had!!!!! It was served hot and bursting with flavor! The quesadilla had the classic sauce, but I noticed a hint of Rote’l, and it was generously covered in delicious cheese. I’m really upset that I don’t live closer to this Taco Bell because I would definitely be a regular customer. Once again, thank you for such amazing food!

Came through to this location for lunch around 12 PM or 1 PM. The person who took my order was friendly. Food was hot and ready. Pretty much what you would expect and would want to expect from a restaurant.

At 12:30am on the 16th I asked for 2 beef grilled cheese burrito's and a large mango tea, the manager at the window handed it to meI stopped n took a bite like i always do before i leave to make sure the order is right...They gave me chicken, i literally go there for the beef ?Well i rolled up n told the manager a bigger white man with facial hair, he told me it was the woman's fault at the window and stopped me when i was explaining what all was wrong with it and told me he's just gonna remake the ticket n shut the door ?Came back out with 2 burritos, they weren't even grilled cheese burritos n it was mostly full of sauce n they weren't even the same cause one of em had sour cream ?At least he got the little bits of beef right ?!!!Beware of taco bell here at night!!!

I believe the drive thru was made to make it easier, faster, and convenient to get food and go on about your day. Instead the drive thru is where you confirm your order at this location and you have to drive to the parking lot to receive your food, I waited 20 minutes to get my food when there was absolutely no one holding anything up. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention two black workers there have been smoking a joint in their car while I'm just sitting there waiting. If you cannot serve customers in a timely fashion, either shut the business down at a reasonable time, or just demolish the drive thru because at this point there isn't a need for it.
