El Faro - Truth Or Consequences

Absolutely love eating here! my command is crushed meat burrito with green chile, in queso crushed. besides tears and be on the side. the taste on the meat is only *cook kiss* amazing. also the Chile cheeses are excellent. recommended in any case, 10/10

I had the best breakfast burrito of my life here in el faro. I recommend the chorizo – it is delicious! they were also the only breakfast place on Wednesday morning. the staff was fast and friendly. the prices were very reasonable. Come to the breakfast!

Big, clean downtown restaurant. The food was actually pretty good, just had an egg breakfast. Great coffee and service. One star off for food temp. Nothing except fried potatoes was actually hot. Eggs cooled off so fast I could not finish them. Super nice wait staff.

The chips were thick and cold. We had to call the waitress several times to ask for water refills, and then she would forget and we would have to ask again. the restaurant was not full. there were only four of us on our table. my taco salad was bland. we will not return. there are much better possibilities in this area.

First time here. It was okay. I feel they need to upgrade there entrees a bit. The seemed a bit blah. I ordered the Fajita Burrito and it came with rice and beans. It tasted good but wished it came with guacamole and sour cream on the side and a bit of lettuce also. Love the big cups they had for drinks. Worth a try if in the area. Would come back to try other dishes.
