Peekaboo Japanese Bistro - Tsawwassen

Chicken Soba (fried noodle) to take out costs less than $10 after tax. It only took 15 minutes. It is a good deal to me who is not a big eater.

I have eaten at many Japanese restaurants, and Peekaboo is a standout for me. The restaurant is owned and operated by Japanese people who put their heart and soul into the place and it shows. The sushi is always fresh and excellent, the tempura is the best I've ever had, and they have some interesting menu items like their agedashi with tofu, asparagus and prawns. I look forward to returning to Peekaboo.

Dinner was delicious. We both had the California & Dynamite combo. We added a side of tempura prawn and zucchini. $10 for the rolls, not bad price and deliciously prepared. Helpful?

The skinny is: EAT HERE. If you like sushi and all the other dishes that go along with Japanese dining, you cannot go wrong here. Service is good and they will accommodate your food preferences. The only thing that is an issue is that the chefs violate the provincial health regulations by not wearing hair nets or hats at the least.

The tuna and avocado salad is my favorite! The food is always fresh, they have neat specials & pitchers of good beer!
