Bostonian Seafood Grill The Langham, Hong Kong

One of my favorite places in Hong Kong for having a quiet and excellent afternoon tea with friends. Will come again.

Worse experience，A dining experience that requires a 30-minute wait, but is not worth it

The food was average overall, but the lobster was severely overcooked. Our orders took about 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant could definitely use more staff as we noticed there were only 3 employees to serve the entire venue, which made it difficult for them to be as attentive as needed.

I would give 4 stars to the steak I ordered as it was high quality and very tasty, despite the high price. However, the seafood platter was disappointing. The oysters were very small and not fresh, and the crab meat and lobster were not fully defrosted and overly salty. We couldn't even finish the platter with just 2 dishes for 3 people. It nearly ruined my birthday celebration, as I had high expectations for the meal.
