ドライブスルーで購入した商品が注文と違っていました。車中だったので、食べて気がつきました。クレームと言うより報告の積もりで電話をしたところ、何時でもいいから来店をと言って貰いました。仕事で立ち寄った為、１ヶ月以上経ってからの再来店になりました。メモが残して頂いてあって、返金して頂きました。電話対応はアルバイトスタッフと聞いていましたが、丁寧な応対が流石だと感じました。

季節限定の甘夏ジンジャーエールは残念ながら売り切れでしたが、大好きなチキンカツバーガーはかえました。いつも店内購入の為ドライブスルーメニューの見方が久々で難儀しましたが、お店のかたが親切丁寧に対応していただきました。
