Feedback gevenThis location use to be the best. I’m not sure what’s going on.. no customer service at all. You never know what type of service your going, if anyone is working, if your going to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window. Management needs to see what happens when they leave the store in the afternoon.. I try to give this location business, but they keep letting our family down. I don’t see this location being open for much longer if they continue with the staff that’s their now.
Waited for over 10 minutes before leaving even though we we spoken to a total of 1 time stating that they were short staffed. They were doing a great job with a continuous stream of drive thru orders and ignoring the walk-ins. Not a good job of personnel.
Ordered via the app. Pulled into the designated parking spot. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:17, waited until 10:45, not a problem because they were busy. Pulled to the intercom, whomever I spoke with started giggling when I asked what 's the point in ordering through the app to have it curbside only for me to have to come inside ? Zero customer service skills and I never received my food. I will definitely distribute the charge. I will not patron this location again!!
No bacon?! Very, very salty. Ham tasted off. No greeting, or thank you when ordering in the lobby. Not even sure it was actually open. We followed a key holder in. Tables greasy. Disappointing.
Probably one of the worst Bojangles in Atlanta. My last two visits included a chicken sandwich that was missing the chicken, and a blt chicken sandwich meal with just a piece of extremely burnt chicken and nothing else. The lady who took my order was clearly stoned. I’ll drive 15 extra minutes to another location next time.
