Captain D's - Tucker

Great food and service as usual. My rating is lowered because of the extremely long wait time in the drive-thru. One car took so long, and they would not move it to let others be served. As a result, my fried okra was no longer crispy because it had sweated in the to-go box while I was waiting in line. I called back to the restaurant, requesting a fresh order, and was told no problem, and to come back and get it. I'm glad that they rectified that part of my experience.

Waited in drive thru for about 25 minutes. Got to window and paid just to wait 7 more minutes just to be told to pull to the side with the 3 cars in front of me to wait even longer. Been waiting here about 10 minutes so far with no food. I took a survey since I seem to have plenty of time to kill.I ordered 2 classic 3 piece meals. Nothing special but I've been waiting for 30 or so minutes with no explanation. Why don't these places care about customers anymore. Since covid seems like this is the norm and these places don't care as long as stupid customers are ok with this.

People are nice , friendly and professional. The food is awesome as usual. I eat there a lot.

We drive from Marietta to this (Norcross location once weekly because it has never disappointed us. The manager and staff are attentive. (The grilled white fish is our favorite.

This was the busiest I've ever seen a Captain D's. Service was good, food was great. Fish and fries were nice and hot.
