Mcdonald's - Tucker

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches without tartar sauce and with extra cheese. The order was completed quickly, but when I tried the sandwiches, one was full of tartar sauce and the bun was hard and crusty. There was also no extra cheese as requested. I went back to the restaurant to return the sandwiches, but noticed a foul odor inside and the place looked dirty. I asked for a refund, but only received $8 back out of the $10 I paid. Unfortunately, this McDonald's location seems to be worse than others in terms of quality. I would suggest avoiding this place and going to a different restaurant instead.

Similar to many McDonald's locations, this one is incredibly slow, even when there are no customers inside. The drive-thru is even slower and the ice machine never seems to work. In addition, anything related to ice cream is always unavailable. It may be time for a complete overhaul of the menu and operations at all McDonald's restaurants.

The hired felt as if I harassed her to be there. if they like to observe how they are using the hands instead of iron slumbers, drinks that look like someone already taken sips from them, and no straws, then this is the place for them.

I typically visit this restaurant every day at 10:30 when they switch over to lunch. However, today on 4/7/22 at 10:30, the rude woman in the drive-thru was quick to tell me that lunch doesn't start until 11. It's surprising that I seemed to know the schedule better than the employee. They actually start serving lunch at 10:30 on Saturdays. It's evident that they need more training. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer.

Worst of all . Stale food, soft drinks not good. They never have ice cream. They never have anything u ask for. I started hating Mc Donald's now, the more i used to love it.. Their phone never works if u want to contact them.
