Le Rendez-vous Bistro Francais - Tucson

From the moment we came in, we felt a welcoming atmosphere. Host Kellnerin was attentive. Dinner wouldn't have been better. We were a party of 4, all ordered something different, every meal excellent.

We sung last night and celebrated a special occasion. We shared the castle and it was undoubtedly the best I ever had. We had a great Mariner Souffle to finish our night and was also delicious. This is a jewel here in Tucson that as soon as you go, it will quickly become your place for fine French restaurants. Gordon, the chef is great. They will feel like family there, because many of the employees are from his family. Make yourself a favor and treat yourself to LeRendevous!

We started our first visit to Le Rendevous with an intriguing cocktail called Le Phantom Verte. We both enjoyed the smoky mezcal flavor as well as the absinthe wash that lingered. We shared the Coquilles St Jacques appetizer and found it to be spot on. My wife ordered the Canard Montmorency and was quite pleased. I ordered the Boeuf Wellington. It was properly cooked to medium rare and the tenderloin was a very prime cut. Service throughout was attentive and well paced. Will definitely return
