Renee's Tucson

I stopped by this restaurant one night after my visit to Tucson. I had seen it featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives." Luckily, they were able to seat me since it’s a small, charming place that has a lot of character, even though it was a Sunday night. The owner is fantastic. She greeted me warmly and was incredibly kind and eager to chat about the menu. As someone who loves cooking for fun, it was wonderful to share my passion for food with her. The meal was outstanding! I had the lasagna, and you could really taste the high quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you can make a reservation! Thank you, Renee. This is our second visit, and both experiences have been amazing! The flavors are simple yet profound, and incredibly refreshing at the same time. The garlic bread served with the hummus was truly the best we've ever had. We love the ambiance; it's intimate and has a modern touch. It's such a unique experience, and we can't wait to return soon!

The dining room is simply amazing! It's a cozy spot with only a few tables, but you have to try the food they serve. The drinks are good, and the atmosphere is moody. A tip: make a reservation in advance and check if the dishes you want are available that day. They offer gluten-free options, but sometimes not everything is in stock.

This place is soou good. it is a beautiful intimate place, I also liked the decoration. perfect for date night (or in my case lunch.) we have the garlic knots, that are amazing! they were so well seasoned. we also have the pesto pizza and it was delicious. cheesy pesto goodness. the parts were great for both of us. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to get the lemon of the lemon and it was delicious. not super sweet and not super tart, it was refreshing. service was excellent! I can't expect to come back later this year to tucson.

If I could give a 4.5 stars I would! We had the meatballs in cream sauce which were good but the sausage and pepper pizza was phenomenal! We will be back to try more pizzas for sure! Thank you for the lovely experience.
