Sullivan's Steakhouse Tucson

We needed to bring our daughter back to the University of Arizona campus on Sunday and wanted to celebrate her father's birthday at the same time so we took advantage of Arizona Restaurant Week and tried Sullivan's. The steaks were outstanding and the service was top notch. The leafy greens salad was terrific. One daughter had the crab-stuffed shrimp which were amazing.

Steak was not good at all. Side of mashed potatoes and celery had a weird taste to them to the point were we could not even eat them. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back. Would have got better food at a chain steak house for a lot cheaper. Very disappointing experience.

We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant. Hailey provided excellent service as our server.

We arrived from Phoenix 40 minutes early than our reservation. Instead of making us wait, they were able to seat us right away. Our server was very polite and very helpful. The calamari was delicious. What ever they poured on it was fantastic. The Caesar Salad was presented none like I have seen. Our steaks were cooked to our liking the first time (we did not have to return them). The servings were more than we could eat. We had to take our excellent deserts to go. You will not be disappointed will your meal. You will get what you pay for.

Our server was excellent, attentive but not overwhelming. He made our 50th anniversary celebration special and memorable. The food was delicious, although we didn't enjoy the creamed corn. The steaks were fantastic and the overall experience was wonderful.
