Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to receive some cold and horrible food. It seemed like the burger was pre-made hours ago.Food: 1/5

I don't know if they just hire people who have never had a job before in their life or what, but 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I always place a mobile order so it's very clear. This trip, I pulled up and the cashier was telling her coworker that she forgot an item for the car that was ahead of me, then instead of getting my order, she pulls out her phone and starts texting. The only time my order is correct is when the manager is working.

Avoid this location if you dont like being cutoff as you're speaking. The person working the window is impatient and probably fed up with his dead end job. Has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working the window. Choose a different chain or a different location.Food: 3/5

The manager is always there and is amazing. She works far too hard for fast food. Wendy's you better be appreciating her!

Only have a problem here with the closing crew on several different occasions. Ordered 2 #8 combos. Got home to find out they were made with chicken not beef. Tried calling store 40+ times. No answer. Very disappointing.Food: 1/5
