Wienerschnitzel - Tucson

I recently dined at Wienerschnitzel and ordered their special chili cheese fries. The menu indicated that all the fries should be covered in chili, but unfortunately they were not. When I tried to contact the restaurant to address the issue, the phone line went straight to a fax machine. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I have been a regular at this restaurant, but today's experience was very disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations in terms of taste either.

I visited this restaurant during my lunch break. It is a small establishment with tables only on the east side indoors. I ordered a Beef Chili Dog, fries, and a drink. The food came out quickly, perhaps a bit too quickly. The fries were slightly undercooked, but still delicious. I plan on returning in the future.

Whenever we stop by late at night, we always feel guilty but the staff is always friendly and efficient. We are always treated with respect no matter what time of day it is. We have never had any issues with the quality of the food or service. We always look out for specials and new menu items. Although I don't usually eat sweets, I always try their new shakes. Their chili burger and Hawaiian burger are always a hit.

It was horrible. I've only eaten here once in my life. I don't remember the first time. This time tho was awful. Hotdog was so cold and the bread was stale. The chilli I got on the side was probably the worst chilli I've ever had.
