The Waitress assigned me a table which I did not like the location, so lined back to ask a different spot, I wanted to sit in a private area to make a phone call not disturb anyone. The waitress got so upset because of my action. Along with me there were another 2 men who also changed sits, as she is giving this other man a table, she is complaining that everyone is changing sits including me. No way, I am not staying to eat in a place where the waitress has no respect to customers, at the end of the day I don't even want to think about the idea she would be taking my order neither bringing my food for nothing in the world so I left. Think twice before being a server. ?This waitress daring me to take another pic of her for her lousy performance, way to go Denny's very bold woman you hired here
I'm never going back! Waited 10 minutes just to be seated, not because they were busy but because there was nobody in the dining room at all. Then, I had to wait another 10 minutes because the hostess and the waitress where talking. Then after the food was brought out, it was made incorrectly, but I didn't notice until the waitress had left and again no employees in the dining room. She didn't return for another 15 minutes.
July 22 we were involved in a car accident. We went here for dinner later that evening. The young lady who was out waitress was beyond kind and went out her way. She will never know how much that helped us. My kids mentioned her a couple times after. Thanks management as well you were very kind as well. Very clean environment and the best food I ever had at a Denny's!
We dined here quickly today on Weds July 28 around 1045. Our waitress was tall with dark blond hair in a braid and an orange t-shirt. She was incredibly rude. So, I know she told me Well, I 'm not a mind reader but I bet she read my mind that I wasn 't going to leave a tip. I know travelers suck, but it was a miscommunication on my part that definitely didn 't warrant the overly rude and immediately defensive response. Do better.
Finally, after 20 minutes, the cooks returned and started cleaning. We were able to place our order at 11 PM, but our food didn’t arrive until 11:30 PM. To make matters worse, they got my wife's order wrong, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for her meal. There were only two other couples dining and three cooks present. When we asked the waitress for a to-go box for my wife's meal and the check so we could get some rest before another full day of driving, it took her 15 minutes to bring them. My wife went out to wait in the car while I stood at the front counter for another 10 minutes waiting for the waitress to return. I could see both she and her coworker in the back chatting and wrapping silverware in napkins, which felt like a huge waste of time. Overall, the food was overpriced for the quality, and the service was a nightmare. Additionally, they ignored my wife's dietary restrictions, even after we requested that a gluten-containing sauce be left out.
