Jomar's Special Batil Patung

I had a satisfying meal, but the soup didn't go well with the P.C. Batil Patung. The restaurant has an old-fashioned vibe.

The portion sizes were enormous for the dish I ordered. While it may not have seemed very healthy, it actually tasted quite good. However, there was no air conditioning, making it really warm during the summer. There were also a lot of flies and children running around, which detracted from the experience. The cleanliness of the place definitely needs some improvement.

According to locals, this is one of the best panciterias in Tuguegarao, and I believe they are right! Their pancit mauspatung is delicious. The flavors are fantastic, but to enhance the taste even further, they could add more chopped onions and soy sauce or vinegar, which can be mixed in with the noodles. The addition of ground meat, chicharrón, and other toppings surprisingly boosts the overall flavor of the dish.

Eating was good, quality was excellent, food presentation is apetizing staff were very friendly and courteous, required a lot of work on serving and general cleanliness of the restaurants.

Looks very appetizing, there are lots of toppings but the tase seems to be bland even with the soy sauce and vinegar sauce.
