I was always anxious, but I made sure I spend my money on quality experiences. to stay in las palmas is just another product. context: I have already booked another hotel in the city and even 50% of...the room price for my family paid, but then when I compared the rating and reviews between the previous hotel I was booked I was convinced that I was able to try las palmas de san jose with my mother for a night (matrimonial bed). in our one-day stay we enjoyed it. as in! ending: I have my booking from the previous hotel ditched and I invited my father and brother to come. the receptionist advised me to take the junior suite as there were no available family rooms anymore. In summary, this is my review: 1. it is budget-friendly in a sense that room prices and food prices are affordable. this hotel does not even need a booking fee to secure a room. not all beautiful hotels are so. 2. relaxing my insomniac vater slept well here. we really enjoyed our 2 overnight stays. we left the hotel smiling and satisfied. we are coming back in a definitive way. the enervatende chirping birds at the pool side every morning in las palmas riveted joy in me; honestly. 3. Great eating is the hotel a little far from the lively city, but good is that they serve. we enjoyed every breakfast served, including the dinner and lunch (sometimes in their dining area, a few times at the pool side their catering is a plus. note: they can order food outside, but they need to eat them in their room. 4. respectful, well-thought-out service crew we came here only by drinking, but we never felt less concerned about their crew. In short, they do not discriminate their clients on the basis of an obvious social status: they even helped us to demand a drink every time we have to go out. they take care of us to eat and even when they swim at the pool. room service was superb <3 I don't know about it, but apart from a beautiful place a wonderful service crew of the same meaning. 5. clean room and pool: I saw every morning a crew that cleanses the pool. 6. Safe and secure location 7. They have free wi fi I never regretted my previous booking in another hotel ditching. las palmas is worth every cent from the pocket of a worker. budget friendly and of quality! we will go back there definitiw. Improvement: 1. Improve the exhausts in junior suite 2. install them phones in each room (the junior suite has no, but at least contacted them over my cell. they have even booked my number pandemic protocols: they have rules for additional bets.
We were just one night. the rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. the facility throughout the hotel is very large. the employees are friendly and apart from some account errors were very good. the free transfer to the airport was a blessing, as the hotel in the middle of a suburb proved to be a bit difficult to find originally. our eating was good and overall we had a very pleasant stay.
Upon returning home from a week at this hotel, we advise caution. The apartment we stayed in was clean and new, but situated on a noisy side street with cars, motorcycles, and people coming and going to the beach. A banana plantation was located next to our room, where two barking dogs disturbed us day and night. Inside the apartment, there was no air conditioning in the rooms, only a small window in the bedroom. We had to borrow an old dirty fan to keep cool in the living area, but it was not very effective. Without dishes or wine glasses, breakfast was disappointing, and we had to buy food from a local business instead. The pool seemed nice initially, but we later discovered that a swimmer added a chemical solution to the pool as there was no proper filtration system, making the water salty and cold. The gardens were beautiful, but the loud parrots were a constant disturbance. The dining room roof was under repair during our stay, and animals freely roamed around the hotel. Overall, this hotel seemed favored by German tourists, and we felt that the whole island was geared more towards them than towards English visitors. The sea was cold and the black sand beaches were pretty, but our experience was marred by the issues we faced at the hotel.
We stayed at this restaurant for 10 nights from Canada. The staff were fantastic, although they had some difficulty understanding my English due to my strong accent. The owner we met was a super nice guy. We enjoyed the high standard and modern furnishings of the rooms, which were equipped with air conditioning. However, the air conditioning system needed to be turned on for hours before our arrival, as Tuguegarao is hot! The pool was great and my family enjoyed it every day. The staff kept it clean every morning. Some areas for improvement include the loose and calcareous bathroom fixtures, as well as the need for maintenance in the pool area with missing tiles and green algae on the stairs. It was also disappointing that only two people were included in the breakfast, even though I had booked for three people. Despite these issues, we found Las Palmas to be a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Tuguegarao. Although there was no internet, the personal security was excellent. We would consider staying here again in the future. Keep up the great work, Las Palmas staff!
