Max's Restaurant tuguegarao

The Max's in SM Tuguegarao has absolutely terrible service! When I asked for a glass of water, the waitress tried to push me to buy a drink instead. I was annoyed because I had a scratchy throat and needed water to soothe it, but the waitress was uninterested in my needs. I have been a loyal patron of Max's, but this branch in SM Tuguegarao is the worst!

Max's never disappoints when it comes to taste. This restaurant is known for its consistent and delicious flavors, unlike other chain restaurants. Customers can always count on enjoying high-quality, tasty dishes no matter where or when they visit.

After visiting the Holiday Plaza Hotel, which is located next to Max's Restaurant, we decided to have dinner there to celebrate my son's birthday after her dance performance. We ordered crispy pata, ampalaya con carne, pansit canton, iced tea, rice, and a dessert platter. The service was quite slow and the restaurant was not very clean. The parking area was shared with the hotel, but Max's customers seemed to take up most of the space. The restaurant was spacious and had a separate area for conferences or birthdays. The servers were friendly. The food was decent, but I believe there are better tasting options in Marilao, Bulacan. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal, especially since it was the only Max's Resto in the vicinity.

Came here with my family and related all 28 of us. at the beginning the employees do not know what to say to our question that we are accommodated in their working space, as we are a large group. different employees different reasons why we cannot use the functional space until the branch manager has spoken to us and agreed that we use the functional space. loved the bun and the lumpia ng shanghai

It was my sister's graduation and all of the other restaurants were already full. Good thing Max's restaurant is accepting advance reservations. What I loved about this branch is the professionalism of the staff. Compared to other branches, theirs was friendlier and more accommodating and...faster service! Indeed very commendable! Their chicken is THE BOMB!!! as what the filipino saying goes, sarap to the bones! Definitely good quality service!
