Feedback gevenSince my last visit to a Red Robin. I consecrated the Steakhouse Burger, it was okay. I think I tasted something... The burger was a bit under a heat lamp, the cheese was still perfectly square and room temperature. The frits were a joke, hard and crispy, they could use as a bladderwahn. I'm sure you don't look like the steakhouseries they show on the commercials. I remember now why I don't often go to Red Robin. Our server Shirley was very nice
I have a chicken sandwich and it wasn't very good. Fries were also very average. The ice machine was also downstairs so that the milkshakes we came for were nothing. They also play the Red Robin Yummm every 30 minutes and that was disturbing. The waiting staff was very nice and they had a very cool The Dude poster on the bathroom.
That hurts me, but the last visits were very disappointed. As a rule, I order for picking up board, just like I did last time. My order was ready at 9:15. I came at 9:10 and called the number on the sign to let them know that I arrived and in what room I was. 9:25 I called, no answer. 9:29 I called, no answer. 9:32 I called, no answer. I went in. In the empty lobby/entry, the host greeted me when he came in. My food apparently had been sitting next to him for some time, but for what reason it didn't seem to me. It is also unclear why nobody answered when I called three times. When I sat down for dinner, the sauces I asked were missing. I love Red Robin, but it's not worth it anymore.
I had the Wedgie Burger and Pommes. Delicious and gluten-free for the most part. We're older so the QR code doesn't work well for us, but they had menus. Service was friendly and efficient.
We ordered a Haystack Tavern Double with steak fries, then they brought out Reds Tavern Double with onion rings. I said that this is not what I ordered. The waitresses looked totally confused and just stood there. I did not want to send it back because I thought they would do something to my food. She then said that she would fix it, and took it back and i was hesitant. She then brought out a burger, the wrong one and some fries. I told her that this is not what I ordered. She then argued with me and said this is what she heard me say. She never asked to fix her problem, but expected me to just keep the food that I did not order. She had Big attitude and not friendly. Not to mention that she had extremely long fake nails, so she more than likely typed in the wrong items because she can not do work with her nails that long. I will never return to this place, and I hope other customers think twice before they go here for the second rate service by the staff.
