Blaze Pizza - Tulare

I placed an order online through Blaze Pizza's website, but they double charged me. I called them to resolve the issue, and they said they would cancel the second order and call me back once it was fixed. However, I never received a call back. When I went to pick up my order, the employee told me that a DoorDash driver had already picked it up. I explained that I didn't order through DoorDash, but through the website. I showed her my order confirmation and the double charges, but she said she couldn't do anything for me because my order wasn't in the system. She had a bad attitude and didn't seem interested in correcting the mistake. I will not be eating at this specific Blaze Pizza location again.

I have been waiting in my car with my two children, a 1-year-old and a 7-month-old, while my husband went in to get our pizzas. I am feeling unwell from the heat and my 7-month-old has been crying incessantly. We have been waiting for an hour and a half. The service is absolutely terrible. Do not come here if you are in a hurry. Or maybe just don't come at all. I will not be returning, unless this pizza is the best I've ever had.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last week and had a fantastic experience! Celeste was incredibly kind and helpful to my family and me. She explained everything to us so well and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend dining here and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great location for building a own pizza. this blaze was clean and fast, but what made the difference, monique. she was the most friendly pizza artist. my pizza was cooked perfectly crispy on the floor and came out in no time. I also recommend the special lemonade, I chose the blood orange taste.

This place is really great, its always either really busy or friendly not the staff is very nice, even if it is busy, they always do what the customer desires and I like that. I don't like to go to places where they feel you hurdy or how yours just as I come to find here atleast twice a week highly recommended and it's very much worth every wait, although the max I've ever waited is 10 minutes that including my pizza cooked its super fast the pizza cook in 3 minutes incredible and impressive.
