Sonic Drive-in - Tulare

I visited the restaurant around 3 PM and ordered a large limeade slush. Instead, I received a cup filled to the brim with ice and cherry limeade soda. I also placed an order for a medium slush but ended up with a large one. Additionally, I ordered an 8-piece cheese stick, but I only received 7 cheese sticks and a pretzel instead. There was a long line, and when I paid, the girl who handled the cash gave me back some change, but I know the total was more than the $7 I paid.

I ordered a footlong coney combo, a kids meal combo, and a regular-sized coney combo. When I got home, I discovered that the regular-sized coney hot dog was missing from my bag! It was really disappointing. I tried calling the store twice, but no one answered. I live six miles away, and after a long day at work, I really didn't want to drive back. Plus, I never received a receipt for my order! I hope they can assist me when I contact them again tomorrow.

Horrible service in the drive thru, we ordered two cheeseburgers, but they didn?t even ask if we only wanted the burger or the combo and ended up charging us two combos instead of only cheeseburgers. that?s not even the worst part, we ordered a kid?s mealand they charged us for the soda, said it was a medium soda and gave us a small?? cashier was distracted and lazy, didn?t evengive us what we ordered until we told her, she was a terrible worker. there?s so much wrong in this restaurant and i?m nevercoming here again.

The food was decent, but the fries were soggy, and there were no public restrooms available, despite their exterior location. I was quite disappointed. Dear owner, I've already outlined the details above.

Stopped through the drive thru and ordered a hot fudge sundae and a medium M&M blast. Got to the window and was met by three guys inside talking at the top of their lungs, swearing, and walking around continuously adjusting their pants and grabbingtheir ?junk.? The M&M blast was basically a cup of ice cream with candy on top as it wasn?t mixed at all and the sundae lookedlike a 2 year old was put in charge of the whipped cream. It was all over the outer portion of the lid and only a small portionwas inside. Won?t be back, that was awful.
