Aloë - Tullinge

Not much to say, unlike it is an amaaazing culinary experience! daniel, nod and the whole team are simply amazing. they feel so welcome as soon as they approach the entrance, and then so well supervised by a qualified (and relaxed) team. eating is of course impeccable with amazing aromen and beautiful presentation and everything is served in a perfect tempo. seeing the teamwork in the kitchen almost brought me a drink. it was so focused, harmonious and professional. it was just nice to see. yes. many superlatives in this review, but it's just inevitable.

A lovely evening, once all was accounted for but no restaurant that serves foie gras deserves a five star rating. Additionally, the chef serving the foie gras containing dish (the only meal we rejected during the evening) was not terribly accommodating; simply ignoring our comments and walking away. This was not a huge problem, but it was out of line with very accommodating nature of the other staff.

It is nice when taste combined feels matching, but I'm quite tierd of all Asian mix with Swedish taste. Please make pasta our noodles not pasta with soysauce.

Aloë offers a really amazing experience. from the car they believe they have arrived at the wrong address. It's getting better from there. they have an amazing journey that ends many hours later. I can recommend a visit, the money and the time well worth.

The rating is for the chill out cellar rhino. in any case worth a visit!
