I had been into many korean buffets but tteokbokgi was never in the menu. So, I tried it finally in Cafe Seolhwa and it's gloriously good. Even my non korean fan had sang nothing but praises to it. The Milk Brownie Bingsu is heaven! it's loaded with brownies and cereals. Mango Bingsu is very delicious as well.
I always go to this place whenever I'm craving for Bingsu. My faves are Injeolmi and Mango bingsus, so I rotate between the two. I've been to other bingsu places in the metro, and you'll notice that Seolhwa's give attention to their flavorful ice shavings. During my recent visit with friends, we had Yeop-Gi Ddeokbokki and I really liked it! Sausages, fish cakes, rice cakes, and melted cheese. They also gave us sweetened mixed nuts for free.
The best of the best! Definitely a must try, wish I could pay a visit next time with friends and try the new menu's.
