The girl was friendly today, but clearly was anxious to go in back I went at 0930 and the bakery items looked dry.
Seriously disappointed!! I took the time to go in to the store 1 1/2 weeks before to order the cake and make sure they understood what I wanted left with an agreed upon price and design. I was called the day of to double check colors (which that had completely wrong even though I supplied 2 pictures) and was told I needed to bring in the special candy to decorate (totally fine). Told to bring by 2 brought it in by one they didn't even put the topper on that we had disscussed and when I asked if they could do it now they said they have no time. they cake doesn't even look close. The colors are wrong, there was no effort put into it. It is so sloppy AND to top it all off the upped the price we had agreeded!! So sad and I would love a manager to call me back but I doubt that will happen. (Pic in comments)
Pros: Location. Cons: The popularity of this place is baffling with the white flour, sugar, and Crisco baked goods. Ordered a carrot cake some years ago, and it turned out to be a dry, spice cake.
Terrible service. I had to go to the bakery twice to get my cakes. A gluten free cake was prepared with flour. Had I not caught the mistake it could have been bad. Once I went to get my cake again I had to wait an additional minutes longer than they promised. They didn't care one bit. Terrible.
