Feedback gevenI always order ahead on the app for lunch to make it faster. Today I saw 3 cars in the drive thru so I went inside. As soon as I walked in I saw my sandwich’s waiting to be bagged. I waited for the girl to help all 3 drive thru cars before she even asked me if she could help me. Terrible service and I was almost late back to work.
Place has changed drastically and in the bad way. Ordered meat mountain from 21st and 129th location, orders meat mountain and jalapeno poppers, While the jalapeno poppers were hot and amazing, that's the only thing good about the purchase. Meat mountain was served on bread instead of a bun, Wasn't hot or semi hot everything was cold. Asked if they could microwave it, but was denied due to company policy, which I get, I guess? Not asking for anything special, just asking for it to be semi hot, I get that the people don't like serving meat mountain or something, The woman in back wasn't exactly happy when I ordered it, while the front receptionist was amazing, Could do better :
Best experience I’ve had at an Arby’s in a long time. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was even better. Seriously, every employee I dealt with was amazing! As long as I don’t have it coming out of both ends like I did last time I ate Arby’s, then I give my visit a 10/10.
Went for a quick lunch with my Aunt and the Young men who worked were very nice and courteous. Customer service at it's finest will definitely come back. Great Job Guys
Arby's has some good specials they advertise At their location that are pretty fair in both Value and selections that they rotate Around- Periodically so you don't Get Burned out as often. Good Parking..
