Buffalo Wild Wings - Tulsa

I often visited this place with my friends and usually have no problems, but tonight when we arrived, but nobody came to get our drinks order. Finally, someone came and took our drink order, but told us she wasn't our waitress. Finally we ordered and our food was brought out, everything was right, but it was Bogo Thursday and we only got regular wings. When we mentioned this to our real waitress (Faith), she was very angry and huffed away. She did not return after we had another waitress (Reyna), who was very nice and helpful to finish our meal. Reyna gets 10/10, but faith is not in my books.

So, after not in more than 2 years because of raw food, wrong orders, bad service, watching a server chases another family because they leave a subpar tip.... We tried it again.... Our server was great, polite and attentive while she was on the floor....she had disappeared 20 minutes, but could break or work in the kitchen....which knows but wasn't bad.... Eating was decent. Wings were fabulous. Had to ask twice for blue cheese, otherwise we could come back two years ago....

My friend, the taub is asked while it is switched on for closed captions so that she could also follow the game after she was informed she was deaf and said: "We don't do this here". You didn't even try. It wasn't for all TVs it was for one. I do not see what it would hurt for them to have asked a manager or other customers to submit a small request. Better.

We all know about the food. There's nothing more to share with that.I'm just happy to see a place that's open late. Everything else seems to close early. I appreciate the late hours.
