The food at this restaurant is usually really good, but my experiences with the service have been hit or miss. The lack of consistency in service has kept me from visiting as often as I used to. The staff, particularly those in the front of house, can sometimes be quite rude. However, there are a few individuals who are very sweet and do their jobs well. Slightly disappointed in their timing. I ordered online a few hours early to be sure the pizza was ready for a party. I got there at the pickup time and then they put the pizza in the oven. I waited the 15 minutes a bit unhappy, but everyone at the party got fresh hot and great pizza.
