Fireside Grill River Spirit Casino

The restaurant offers a great variety of menu options, with fast and professional service. The entrées are of high quality and provide excellent value for the price.

We tried to make reservations online, but the only available time was at 3:00 PM on the day we were supposed to visit. When we arrived, we approached the staff to clarify the confusion because we didn't want to have dinner at that time; we had come to River Spirit for a concert. It was frustrating that we couldn't secure a more reasonable dinner time. I talked to a front desk employee twice, but there was never a clear explanation for the situation. In the end, we decided to have a quick meal before the show and placed an order at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, and our salmon and baked carrots were cold, with no rolls or butter provided. Overall, the experience was a complete disappointment, especially since we had been looking forward to dining at this establishment during our visits to River Spirit. After this experience, we regretted our four-hour drive to the casino.

Sarah our server was very nice and attentive to our table and around us. We ordered the green Chili queso appetizer. It had a good taste, but was a little heavy. One side of salsa served with it would have balanced it. We share a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken had a beautiful marinade. The frits were unusual... slightly thicker and coated with something, but they were very delicious. We had made reservations on Opentable and were happy when we came there because they arrived for a 30-minute waiting time for them. We reserved a stand in the front room as it has more atmosphere than the back room as we were here before. In previous visits the food was also good.

Waitress was good even thou she was fairly new. The chicken fried steak dinner was not so good. The gravy was not made correctly too much oil or grease or something. whatever it was made with was separating from it. Green beans was good. Salad was good it was the best part of the meal. We didn't hardly eat anything of the dinner, just took it home and gave to the dogs.

Fireside is another great restaurant at RIverSpirit Casino Resort in Tulsa. Good food and service. Full bar service as well.
