I'm not sure what the other problems are, but we didn't have any of the problems mentioned above. we were greeted by friendly staff and our burritos were right and delicious. the music is definitiw there, but not loud at all. we loved freebirds when we lived in oklahoma city and missed it. the personal has checked us occasionally while we ate. my only complicity would be that the pot brownies apparently can't be called anymore. they were still very good. I'd eat here in a way.
Free birds are an amazing place to eat! they have the best eat ever! you should try. I think she's okay. It could be better, but otherwise it's good.
Salt lick. if they need a solid dosis salt, this is their place. after the offered they have, eating would be really good working with all these natural aromes. but with as much salt as it is in it, they can really taste nothing else. we ate here because hideaway waited too long. we are not coming back.
Go somewhere. that was a terrible experience. my coworker and his girlfriend ordered both different sizes burritos and gave the same size. their burritos were also badly assembled and soggy. I ordered a Burrito shell and found a big bone in the huh. when the manager finally decided to talk to me, she said there was nothing they could do, because that was bought and prepared in a factory. to finish everything, two of three of us got stomach pain on the afternoon. go somewhere else. eating is overpriced for quality, it is not fresh, and they are calculated extra for each individual product. not worth it.
Not sure what has happen to Freebird but the last two times we've eaten there the burritos were NOT rolled/folded at all, just wrapped in a single piece of foil so big surprise when they fall apart in your lap. The employees are more interested in talking/playing around with each other than waiting on customers. Honestly, if I'm going to pay this much for Mexican I might as well spend a few bucks more and go to a sit down restaurant where the employees actually care about their jobs.
