First time having turduckin and if I had the space I would have bought one from them just to take home and consume with little to no shame alone, Gollum style. The daiquiri I ordered was good and strong, nice and boozy if you will. Will definitely endure Tulsa traffic just to come back to this place again.
This is pretty good Cajun food to be outside of Louisiana. The price are very reasonable . We order for 3 people; Frog leg basket, Catfish basket, Shrimp etouffee plate, fried okra, Cajun fries, coleslaw and pecan pie plus tip 61.00. Definitely coming back again for the great service and food. Also it does not take long to get your freshly cooked food.
My wife loved the gumbo and I had the fried seafood platter, the stuffed crab was exelent about a 5 inch crab, the catfish was good one piece the shrimp were on the small side just barely bigger than the crawfish. The cajun fries were well seasoned but a bit on the salty side for me. The alligator bites were good as was the fried okra. We also had a slice of peanutbutter pie in that was exelent. When they cleaned the tables there was no question it was clean as it smelled like floor cleaner way to strong. Bring a sweater as it is COLD in there and they would make alot more money if they turned the tables faster.
Their food was actually good. My husband had the crawfish etouffee with coleslaw and bread pudding, and I had their 6 oz lobster tail with house salad.
This was great and I'm not really a seafood person. The food was very tasty. The Bourdain was great and you can buy it there to cook at home. I'll be back again!
