Ihop - Tulsa

Drive home from the church this afternoon and decided to go to Ihop for an early dinner. we decide to eat breakfast, so we did the two of everything. 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausages and ash browns. Our server Michael was super sweet, polite, attentive and had a great sense of humor. I asked our ash-browns to be crispy, ketchup and hot sauce for my eggs. Michael brought her out before our order. Perfect!

That had to be the worst service we had in a restaurant for a long time. The waitress seemed like she had no idea what was going on. We had to ask for drinking refills, my husband's potatoes came at the table with a plastic bag on the top. When we brought attention to the waitresses, she said oh sorry and took the bag from his plate and went away.. I thought it was pretty sticky. We don't plan to go back there

The staff was small inconsistent with the exception of our young male server. He made himself waiting for the very long to sit. The food was good to enjoy. The Veterans Day meal was estimated. Food: 4/5

You were short staff..but our server/waiter was pretty good?? big customer service! Food: 3/5

This place is a joke. We waited an hour for cheese sticks that the waitress never put in, so we didn 't get them, and 2 sandwiches. There were 5 tables at in the whole restaurant.When I finally got my Buffalo chicken melt , this is what I got. Id laugh if I wasnt serious. The entire visit, our drinks were refilled once, and thats after it took at least 20 mins to get them in the first place.I told the waitress we would pay for my husbands meal only, which is the only thing that was eaten, and nothing else. The waitress refused to take the drink off the order. With how bad this place was, I shouldn 't have even been expected to pay for the sandwich, much less the drink I said I wouldn 't pay for.First time in my adult life I think I havent left a tip. My waitresses name was Marisol, it wasn 't all her fault but a half decent waitress could have avoided most of the mess ups that we dealt with.The manager should never have let that staff work alone. Only eat here if you despise happiness.
