Hello, I wanted to let someone know that I'm a 30-year old customer of quick trip and I totally enjoy and look forward to going to qt every morning to get a big cappuccino, in which I'm 10 pumps from hazelnut creamer and then to get a wonderful blueberry muffin. that was my breakfast long while I was on the way to work. from today (04/20/2022) during the compilation of my breakfast, I observed another coffee drinker, whom he had chosen to be a raw to stir his coffee and creamer. this person and I spoke a moment in relation to the threat against the coffee-guide. the coffee-leader in both of our opinion are a waste of money, as he does not very touch and bends it. why not only buy the drinking straws and put the wall of the coffee stirrer in the purchase of the straws? I also noticed that the coffee saucers are now paper and not styrofoam cups. I think and the person I spoke with do not like the change, because the paper cups don't keep the coffee as hot as long. in the future I want to see that the foam cups come back. I also want to say that it is not that I don't like change, I just don't think these changes are good. sincere, a long-term customer of quick trip,
I'm not sure if I want to reapply to Quik Trip. After my visit today, where I had questions and received cold food, I started to question their policies. I noticed they have separate bathrooms for men and women, which seems outdated and not politically correct. I don’t think I want to be part of an organization like that!
I absolutely love your sausage rolls, but please, for the love of all that's good, invest in some proper coffee lids that actually close securely and stay on the cups! Every time I get coffee here, it either spills on me because the lid falls off or ends up all over my truck due to the open drinking hole. It's as frustrating as those at Flying J's!
We went to the Sheridan and admiral location today. We got very poor service there. We walked up to thw3 counter and the guy said he couldn't help us but the other guy could. There were 4 other people in line. They were 3 people behind the counter and only one could help. The third guy was on the computer eating a banana. When we finally got up to check out I was trying to talk to guy guy and let him know I needed gas but he was to busy talking to the other guy that couldn't help us. It took me 3 times to tell him I needed gas. Then my son ordered a sandwhich from the kitchen and it was not made how he wanted it. They left off several of his items he wanted. So he paid for a 8.00 sub and didn't get it how he wanted it. I will never go back to that location again..... Very poor customer service there
